Disaster Exercise Design Training
Disaster Exercise Design is an 8-hour course covering the development of discussion based exercises. This course is designed to walk the participant through the steps in designing a discussion based exercise and developing products so they can develop exercises for their own organizations. Subjects covered include: building an exercise design team, hazard identification, core capability selection, purpose and objective development, and exercise evaluation guide development.

Developing Operational Based Exercises
Developing Operational Based Exercises is an 8-hour course covering the development of functional exercises. This course is designed to walk participants through the steps in designing a functional exercise and develop the products associated with this type of exercise. Subjects covered include: hazard identification, core capability selection, narrative and objective development, expected actions and master scenario events list development, as well as, exercise evaluation development. Prerequisite: Disaster Exercise Design.

Training & Exercise Plan Development
The Training and Exercise Plan Development is an 8 hour course covering the development of a training and exercise plan for the participants organization. The goal is for the participant to walk away with a working training and exercise plan for their organization.
